Seedhi baat: Pehli payment par 7 din ke andar refund maang sakte hain — no long forms, no argument. Uske baad cancellation next billing cycle se lagti hai.
1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@barkataiautomation.in.
- On cancellation, auto-renewal stops immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
2. 7-Day Refund on First Payment
- If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of purchase, for both monthly and annual plans.
- To request, email us from your registered email with the subject "Refund Request" and your transaction ID.
- This window applies once per customer and does not apply to renewal payments.
3. Renewals
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since a renewal reminder is sent before charging.
- If a renewal was charged in error (e.g., after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund it in full.
4. Annual Plans
Beyond the 7-day window, annual plans may be cancelled with access continuing until the end of the paid year. Pro-rata refunds on annual plans are not provided except at our discretion in cases of extended service unavailability.
5. Service Failure
If the Service is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to a fault on our side, you may request a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Depending on your bank, the amount typically reflects within 5–7 business days of initiation.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made after the applicable window without a service-failure ground.
- Charges older than 90 days.
